"Great house to experience Paris. Nice and big with every utility you would need. Extra credits for the nice interior which makes it feel like an authentic Parisian house. It’s in a quite street not to far from the big street where you can find supermarkets and the metro entrance. We really enjoyed going to the bakery nearby for breakfast. Host had a welcome gift and responds quickly and friendly to all requests."

"We had a really nice stay, which was mainly due to this accommodation and the great support of the host! Although we had a few delays, there were no problems at all with check-in. The host helped us at all times with the further planning of our stay in Paris and made our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is really great, a very quiet and pleasant environment and there are 2 different metro stations just a 15-minute walk from the accommodation, so you can get anywhere quickly. There is also a Lidl 7 minutes walk from the accommodation, where you can buy everything else for the fully equipped kitchen. In general, this accommodation offers everything you need, from comfortable beds to a cozy living room. We will definitely come back here again!"

"The apt was clean, and the owner was great in answering our questions. The metro Garibaldi stop was close by. The washer and dryer were a great plus, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of."

"The locks on the outside door to the property need some WD40, and the actual door to the apt was quite difficult to open. The beds did not have a top sheet, which could be their custom. Other than that, the property was great."

In der Küche nichts fehlt, man kann alles finden zum Kochen und Essen vorbereiten. Neue tolle Kaffeemaschine. Sicherer Parkplatz für 2 Autos. In der Nähe Bushaltestelle und Metro, nicht weit weg vom Zentrum. Kinderspielplatz für Kindern in der Nähe. Arthur war einen Tollen und netten Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet schell. Ich würde unbedingt weiterempfehlen."

"The house is very large , fireplace which works, an outside courtyard with a barbecue, parking possibility on site. The three double bedrooms were great and also the sofa in the livingroom can be used as a one person bed The location is very quiet in a street which only allows cars of people who live there. It is a real house. Very personal interior that has been lived in. Most properties on booking are generic , white and overstyled to the point they all look like out of a catalogue. Here there are plants inside and outside , and more authentic vintage furniture which makes it feel very homely."
